Products
We have been producing decorative glass items for more than 25 years. Each piece is handmade and original Bohemia glass. We deliver our glass items to approximately 300 shops and smaller galleries around the World. From 2020, you can also buy our glass products in our e-shop.
Artcristal Bohemia products are unique and easily recognizable:
- they are marked on the bottom by our company logo
- there is a company label on the product
- attached is the certificate of origin
- packaging is marked with our company name and usually with EAN code
Engraving on the bottom of the product
Do you want to put a significant date in the glass or make someone happy with a personal gift? We offer engraving on the bottom of the product for the price of 4 € (subject to basic conditions, see below). You can also choose one of the offered pictures (hearts, rings ...) for the text, which is free of charge. We usually ship by the next day after the proposal is approved.
Procedure
- Order the product in the e-shop and also add product Engraving on the bottom.
- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Here you will find a link to the engraving form that you will fill out. you can also fill out the form now. You can find the link below.
- We will send the prepared design to you for approval.
- We usually ship by the next day after the proposal is approved.

Basic conditions: Letters of the CALIBRI type, maximum number 20 - 25 characters, it is possible to use the offered image. Under other conditions, an individual calculation is created. If you have your own design or have questions about engraving, please write to us at info@artcristal.eu.

Gift Box
Did you choose our glass as a gift? For this case, we have prepared gift boxes for you.
We offer you a dark blue cardboard box, which is made by hand directly for the product. The inside of the box is filled with a satin cloth in which the product is placed. In addition, you can choose from three colour shades of satin - white, ivory and silver.
The price of the gift box is 6 €. If you are interested in gift packaging, simply add your chosen variant of the box to the cart below.
For transport to you, the product in the box is usually protected against movement by a bubble wrap, which must be removed before the celebration.

Payment
We offer you two payment options. Both are at no extra cost.
1) Payment by bank transfer to our bank account in Deutsche Bank in EUR
When you choose this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation including bank details. After receiving payment to our bank account, we are ready to send the order.
2) Payment via PayPal (also by credit card as a PayPal guest)
The order can be paid through your PayPal account. You can also pay online by credit card - payment as a guest.
Packaging and Shipping
Each product is packed in a blue box with the company name. Bubble wrap is used to protect against breakage during transport. The blue box is packed in a shipping carton with maximum accuracy and minimum wasted cardboard.

When you place an order, it is shipped the same day or the next day (excluding weekend). We are ready to deliver your order safely and directly to your home. Thanks to our experience, we pay maximum attention to the packaging of each order. Damaged product? We'll send a new one. Lost package? We'll send a new one. The shipping cost include an insurance break and lost.
EU countries
We use only quality carriers for the delivery of consignments. You can usually change to a parcel shop before delivery. If you do not find your country in the delivery offer, please contact us. We will specify to you the actual costs of transport. Don't worry and contact us by e-mail info@artcristal.eu. We will be happy to answer your questions.

Non-EU countries
For non-EU (outside European Union) countries, prices in our e-shop are listed already without tax. Delivery to non-EU countries is ensured only by quality carriers - FedEx or TNT. Delivery is to your address.
Duties and taxes may be paid in your countries! These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be charged to you by the carrier. Feel free to learn more about delivery to your country. You can contact us by e-mail info@artcristal.eu.
